Why a small ₹100 face value
Apple wants an account balance of exactly 0.00 before it will change the country of the account. When a leftover is too small to spend on its own, a small top-up like ₹100 creates an amount a set of purchases can match to the rupee — so the balance can be emptied and the region switched.
